Civility At Work

Civility is the practice of treating our fellow human beings with respect and courtesy. 

Or, as we might put it more simply, Civility is treating others the way we would like to be treated. 

It seems as though civility should be obvious, a matter of common sense. Yet, very often at work and in the world around us, civility and respectful and courteous behavior are in short supply.

In this course, FEI's Terri Howards leads you on a journey of understanding the importance of civility at work, as well as putting civility into practice in your own life.
